About Charlie

Charlie is a 9-10 year old male chocolate point Siamese. We rescued him when he was most likely 9-11 mths old. He was from a high kill shelter in Kentucky. By chance I happened upon his picture and info from a friend. We were told that he was in a home with toddlers whom pulled his tale and hurt him bc they didn't understand how to handle pets. Regardless, he fit in well. He bonded with both my husband and I. He focused more on me(mom). He is a true Siamese in that he likes to talk a lot. He will have conversations with you as well. He gets along with dogs and cats. He is a true predator in that he is a great mouser. Unfortunately, we have a parrot. He very much wants to prey on and catch the bird as he would with wild birds outside. The parrot has bonded with mom. Charlie cannot be left a second alone in the same area as the parrot. About 2 years ago, we noticed that one of the cats (we have one more) was spraying in many different spots. We found that it was Charlie He then became a downstairs cat bc he peed all over the side of our bed (caught in the act). We are getting new carpet downstairs due to water damage and are in need of finding a loving home for Charlie. He doesn't get the attention he deserves due to the parrot. He is very friendly and shy around people he doesn't know. Have never seen him be mean towards any person nor cats/dogs..
