About Goldie

Hi! I am Goldie. I am a 7yo German Shepherd mix, I love people and children, I like to have dog friends, as long as they are medium or larger. I do not do well with cats or small animals, so a house without them would be great. I weigh 82 lbs, I am house trained and crate trained. I relax in my crate while my people sleep, or are away at work since they have cats, otherwise I am perfectly happy sleeping on my dogbed in your room, or even in the bed with you. I LOVE kids 5yo and up, I follow them around to house to keep them company, and make sure they are safe. I sometimes will get on the couch, but usually I prefer just to sit on my dog bed, or on the floor by your feet. I protect my family so will watch out for strangers, not let strange dogs get too close. I walk well on a leash using an easy walk harness, and I like rides in the car. I have been given all of my shots including a lepto vaccine, I have been microchipped, and spayed. I listen very well and am eager to please.
