About Pepper

Meet Pepper! She is a 6yr old chihuahua/rat terrier mix who was rescued with a softball sized hernia. She is all fixed up now and is a happy and healthy girl! She is looking for a home where she can be the only dog. She is potty trained and does not need to be crated but could easily learn if that's what you prefer. She loves to sit next to you on the couch and enjoys going for walks. Pepper is the best greeter and she is soooo happy to see you when you come home that her whole booty wags! She loves to bury herself under the covers at night and she loves her dog bed. She is about 8lbs. Pepper is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio. The adoption fee is $150.00. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites. Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
