Chuck was brought to the rescue in the back of a truck where he had tried to jump out and was dragged. His back toes were severely damaged but the vet was able to help them heal. His nails will need to be filed and never cut. He loves to play in the play yard with his friends but he can be food aggressive in his kennel with dogs, not people. He has the saddest puppy dog eyes but also has a big smile when he's being loved on.
