About Loretta

Introducing Loretta! Loretta wanted me to post her picture so everyone can see her since she won't be at our PetSmart events any time soon. She is a 4.5-year-old Chihuahua mix and has been with us since November. She is currently in a foster home with other dogs. According to her foster mom, 'she is very fearful but does warm up. She is sensitive to touch and being picked up. She needs a quiet house with a dog or two. No kids, no cats, and someone willing to put the time in with this quirky little girl'.
