About Rocky

Adoption Fee: 180.00
Catahoula mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Meet Rocky Rocky is a whole lotta love packed into a stout 59 pound body. He's a beautiful tri-colored three-year- old terrier mix. He's a bit confused at finding himself at the shelter, but he gamely solders on and loves everyone he meets. Rocky came to us from Animal Control on February 1, 2019. He's quickly become a shelter favorite. At one time in his life, it seems Rocky was loved. He's a love bug to all people and enjoys being petted and played with. He's been microchipped, tested negative for heartworms and he's been neutered. We do know that Rocky is not fond of dogs or cats and will need to be an only dog in the home. Rocky has a lot of energy and he'd make for an excellent hiking or running companion. Rocky walks well on a leash. These pictures are good, but they don't do Rocky justice. He must be seen to see how absolutely gorgeous he is. If you are looking for a loving companion, come meet our Rocky. You'll fall in love like we have. Call 706-865-4135 for information on additional health services provided as part of the adoption fee. All adopters must complete an approval process which involves a reference check with current/recent vet and a brief home visit if located in the immediate area. We do permit out of state adoptions.
