About Miguel

Miguel has a verysweet soul; he is loving and loves to be petted. We don't believe he has ever been held, cuddled or allowed to be a dog since he pancakes to the floor when anyone reaches down to pick him up. Miguel's foster mom has to move very slow when picking him up and holding him due to his fear and anxiety. He loves to lay at the end of the couch or bed with her, but doesn't lay on or even touch her. He has stood on her stomach a few times and sniffed her face. Miguel is a quirky little guy with the most adorable ears! They are soft like velvet and always stand up! Due to his anxiety and fear, his foster mom and sibling are working with him to help gain confidence. His foster mom says she thinks once he opens up, he will even become a little lap dog.
