About Charlie in Houston, TX

**Courtesy Post** Charlie needs help!!! I lost my house and have a 6 year old Jack Russell that I rescued from another organization 3 years ago named Charlie. Charlie has a torn ACL/CCL and surgery is $3000. He has good days and bad days, on and off Tramadol for 2 years. I just want him to be happy & healthy as I bawl my eyes out. We live in Alvin, Texas which is South of Houston. Charlie has always been on heartworm preventive, and he is also neutered. His rabies vaccination is due in March. Charlie is a wonderful boy, well trained and loving. Please help him! A home visit and a good vet reference are mandatory to adopt him.
