About Georgie

Meet Georgie! He is a 7 month old, 14 pound Schnauzer-terrier mix. Georgie is a happy, active, loving little guy who gets along with everyone! He was owner surrendered to us because he was 'too much puppy'. Now, to be fair, Georgie is VERY PLAYFUL. He loves his toys and bones and loves to run and play outside. He has boundless energy and wants someone to play with him all the time. He even pouts a little if the other dogs in his foster home won't play with him. A home with another active dog is recommended for this cute little guy as he needs a companion to help him burn off all that energy! Georgie has been using a dog door to go outside and is doing great with his house breaking progress. No accidents in the house to date! He likes to sleep in the bed all cuddled up with his head on his foster mom's shoulder. He takes a little to warm up to new people but, once he's comfortable, it's game on! Georgie has not been cat or kid tested but we think will be fine with older kids. He is up to date on shots, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped with a lifetime registration.
