About Bones

Meet Bones, estimated to be around 3-4 yrs old and a Chihuahua mix that's looking for his forever home. Bones is a very small dog and weighs under 10 pounds. For those of you who don't know, Bones came into our care on Halloween night. He was thrown out of a vehicle and thankfully someone witnessed the whole thing and got in touch with us to take him in. As you can see by the first picture, Bones was in very rough shape when he first arrived, weighing only 4 pounds. Now, he's a happy, healthy, and completely different dog! He's wonderful with other dogs and every human he meets, including children. Bones is very outgoing and loving for what he's been through and he doesn't let what's happened to him stop him from trusting new people. Bones is housebroken and crate trained. Bones is neutered, completely UTD on his vaccinations, and microchipped. We know he will make a wonderful companion for someone, as he still has many years of love to give! His adoption fee is $350 with an approved application (along with the fee towards mileage for any home visit/possible adoption). There is more information on the adoption application.
