About Beauty

This girl is so lovely we could only name her one thing... meet Beauty! She is a very shy Rat Terrier mix, about 1-2 years old. She was owner surrendered to us with a bunch of other dogs (JoJo, Bonnie, Fawn, Sissy, Flossy, Ruby) from a hoarding situation. Beauty is very timid and doesn't trust people yet. She most likely has never had many positive interactions with them, poor girl. She never tries to bite though. She needs to go to a home would another dog in it to help her feel comfortable and to take behavioral cues from. A fenced yard to keep her safe would be great too. She should not be with small kids and has not been cat tested. She is up to date on shots, heartworm negative, parasite tested, spayed and microchipped with a lifetime registration. All Beauty needs now is someone to be patient with her and to work with her to help her build trust and confidence. There is no greater joy than adopting a dog who learns to trust and love you and who then becomes a happy loving member of your family.
