About ANNABELLE

Adoption Fee: $400.00
Lab / White Shepherd
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

*** IN 'FOSTER-TO-ADOPT PROGRAM *** 'ANNABELLE' is an adorable, sweet, outgoing, loving 2 yr old, 32-35 lb. female 'Dudley' Labrador Retriever mix (w/ white Shepherd?) we rescued, along with her brother 'Beau-Beau', from a high kill pound. (A 'Dudley' Labrador Retriever is identifiable by it's pale eyes & pink nose). 'Hi, my name is AnnaBelle. I am an outgoing, smart, curious & loving girl who likes to be the 'belle of the ball'. I am sweet and affectionate, and I LOVE to play with other doggies ... even those who are bigger than me! Like my brother Beau-Beau, I was considered feral when I was first brought to my foster family, maybe even more so than him. But that's all in the past and now, I am more immediately affectionate & outgoing than my brother, Beau-Beau. I love new adventures now and meeting new people. I haven't learned that many tricks, but I do know how to sit... most of the time. I am working on shake now. I know how to walk on a leash, but I like to be in the lead so I do pull some. I do like to chase cats but I just want to play with them. I love the kids in my foster family a lot! I love to play with them and go for walks with them. I absolutely LOVE car rides ! I learn to trust faster than my brother. I love to run and play so I hope my forever home will have a fenced in yard and even some kids to play with. Being pale and young, I had skin allergies but after many months of good food and foster mommy bolstering my immune system with things she calls 'supplements', those are almost totally are cleared up now.' Annabelle has been de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. Annabelle is not yet 'spayed' but now that her skin allergies are virtually all cleared up, will be soon. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
