About Zane & Zelda

Lab / American Staffordshire Terrier
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Meet the dynamic duo! Zane & Zelda! 1 year old / lab-pit mixes / 55lbs each Zane and Zelda are 1 year old siblings who have been together their entire lives. They were surrendered to a high kill shelter when they were just a few months old. They waited there for a quite a few months before a foster stepped up and agreed to rescue them both. They are ready to find their forever home together. Hi! We are Zane & Zelda. We're brother and sister and best friends! We live in a foster home with two other large dogs. We love to play and chase each other. Ideally, we'd have a fenced in yard so we could run and chase balls all day. With other dogs we tend to play hard, so small dogs might not be the best fit for us. We like to chase cats so prefer a cat free home. We are house trained. Yeah! We love to snuggle up and sleep with each other in a crate all night long. We also love to snuggle with humans too. We can snuggle with you on the bed or the couch or on the rug in front of a fire place. We're not picky! We are very nice and gentle with kids. We go right up to them and give them kisses. We sure do love humans! We are very friendly. We will go right up to you with tails wagging and giving kisses. We especially love belly rubs and snuggles right next to you on the couch. We've been told we are as sweet as can be. If you're ready for an energetic, playful, fun, and super friendly dynamic duo come meet us today! I promise you'll fall in love with our smiling faces. Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Please email [email protected] for an application or additional details. Please note that the breeds and sizes posted in this biography are educated best guesses and are not guaranteed. Please consider becoming a foster home while you search for your new best friend. We need foster homes - pounds are overflowing with puppies and adult dogs that are at-risk and need help. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments. Fostering is a rewarding experience for your family.
