About Oakley

Oakley may be Faiths sister is one of a number of dogs who came to our shelter from a California shelter that took in a number of dogs from a hoarder. All the dogs seem to be mixed with Labrador and terrier, and when we took the girl to the vet for her spay surgery, we were told that she was likely airdale terrier and lab mix. She is about 30 pounds and came with 3 babies!! Her babies are now old enough to leave their momma and this girl deserves to get into a new home now. She is pretty shy around strangers but is getting better. She has a couple of scars on her body likely from dog fights within the hoarder home, as being a new momma she was trying to protect her kids. But the hair is growing back in. She is adoptable now to a family who has a little bit of patience and will not expect her to give them kisses the first day. , which she certainly can not be blamed for. She is very cute and will likely be a loyal and great family pet. Her adoption fee is $200 and covers her surgery and her microchip and her vaccines.
