IN DANGER OF EUTHANASIA FUDGE - A4185151 My name is FUDGE. I am a male, chocolate and white American Staffordshire Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 1 month old, and I have been at the shelter since Dec 18, 2018. Here are some notes from a volunteer who has spent time with Fudge: 'This is Fudge. The shelter staff believes he is around 2 years old and he has been at the shelter for over a month and he was not worked with! He was made adoptable but just hid on the outside part of his kennel, scared to come inside for people. He is E-listed because behavior team has trouble getting him out and he freaks out in the clinic. I took him out today and after tossing a few hot dogs and baby talking him i got him out very easily! He was so happy to be out of the kennel once out. He plays fetch but wants you to chase him to get the ball back, but you can take it from his mouth easily. He knows sit for treats and takes them gently. He loves belly rubs and sitting on your lap. He loves giving kisses. He walks great on leash and HE DOES GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS, so bring yours in for a meet and greet! He is a little nervous of people at first so he will need someone who can be patient with him, but once he warms up to you he is your best friend and is a goofy sweetheart. Please, if you have no breed restrictions; if you can be Fudge's hero, please call the volunteer-run doggy hotline at (520) 800-4663.' Music courtesy of:
