Millie is safe and now finds herself searching for a new best friend. Malnourished, underweight and not knowing where she was giong to get her next meal, she wandered the streets with a wire collar embedded in her neck. At about one and a half years old, her teeth are worn down and we can only imagine why. If only they could talk. Cars speeding by, alone, hungry and scared, Millie thinks cars and other dogs are her enemies. She puts on her super hero cape because thinks she needs to be a super hero to fight them off. She makes her voice be known and shows her strength. Whoever owned her before she became feral put in a lot of effort with her training. She is well versed in many commands and she likes to show them off. Millie thinks she's a tough girl but throw a ball, play chase and watch her turn into the happy, go lucky dog that she's meant to be. What kind of home will Millie flourish in? Millie needs to be the super hero of her home. The Queen of her castle. The one and only. She doesn't play well with other dogs and cats so she wants to be the only dog strutting through your neighborhood showing off her good looks as if she's walking the red carpet. She put on some weight so she's ready to show off her top model status. She needs a #BFF that will be her leader because she spent enough time leading herself to survival while living on the streets. Millie wants love but needs a firm hand from an experienced German Shepherd owner to show her that she doesn't need to be boss. It will be a requirement to have training set up at time of adoption.
