About Kara

Miss Kara is a 2 year old female German shepherd rescued from Ramona humane society. She was code red for being fearful and having kennel cough/pneumonia. We took a chance on her and boy is she a sweetheart. It has taken her since August 2018 to get herself ready for a new forever family. She was scared of EVERYTHING. Sneeze, she would run. open a door, she would run. Now this sweet girl comes inside by herself, goes to her kennel and awaits her food and treats like a princess. She is pretty great on leash, excellent with other dogs, I am unsure about cats as we have none here at the rescue. She is a great hiking, camping companion and ultra sweet loving girl.
