Sweet Cecil is approx 18 months old. Came in traumatized. Was running in the road for a couple days before someone coaxed him into their vehicle. Jumpy and scared of new people .. noises and situations. Very cautious.. but sweet and smart!! Very neat in kennel and responds well to cats and dogs!
