About Sky

Meet Sky, a pint size 8 year old Shepsky! What is a Shepsky you ask? It is a perfect mix between a Husky and a Shepherd. Sky is a small wiggly bundle of love. She'd be happy as the only love in your life to join you on all your adventures but she could tolerate a fursibling, preferably the tall dark and handsome variety. She's a good girl left home alone, no crating needed. She does well with large dogs, children, and adults. But she is not too fond of little dogs which could mean cats are not her favorite either. Sky is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and cute as a button. Her adoption fee is $250. !!!!PLEASE READ!!! If interested in adopting, fill out the adoption application at www.huskyhavenfl.org. Once we receive it, we will start processing it. Please understand we are a volunteer based organization so we can't set a timeline, however, we work hard to process it as fast as we can. It's very important that you fill out the application completely. Missing information will delay the process, especially vet phone numbers, references, and info on pets. All the questions regarding the available pets and their personalities can be found at www.huskyhavenfl.org. Many times we get asked for additional photos. We DO NOT have any additional photos other than the ones posted on our website and we try to be as honest as we can in each pets bio. Please read each bio carefully, all the information that we know is in there. If it's not there we do not know. Additionally, all of our dogs are in foster homes. We DO NOT have a shelter or location. They are in private homes with families. Therefore, you must have an approved application prior to setting up a meet and greet. Finally, thank you for your interest in adoption. Your application is key. Many times, we find you apply for one dog but that one might not be the best fit for your family. We will suggest if another one that is available will be better suited.
