Hi there, my name's Pacen Blu but all my friends call me Pace for short. You should too because everyone is MY friend ~ I love everybody! Some people mistake me for a pit bull, but I'm very proud to be a 1 year old neutered male Blue Lacy. We're a very rare bred who were developed in the 1890's to work cattle and hunt feral hogs in Texas and we're known for our extremely HIGH intelligence and our STABLE, even temperament which makes us unbelievably EASY to train, as well as being CALM, affectionate, super GENTLE (especially with children) and impeccably WELL BEHAVED indoors knowing that's the place to be the consummate ambassadors ~ we're even the State Dog of Texas! My foster mom says I'm FUN in motion and a total house dog! Calm and quiet indoors, she says I'm absolutely LOVELY with children, especially her little 5 year old friend (she's so sweet), but I'm ALWAYS up for a good romp with my canine friends or a long hike or run with my human(s)! I'm also always ready for a car ride, loading myself up easily; even in the largest model SUV's! Always HAPPY, smiling and FULL of life, I love to lie quietly at your feet indoors, go for walks runs or hikes, play nicely with other dogs and am especially good with children of ALL ages! I currently live at an indoor multi-dog foster home, am completely house, crate, car and leash trained and sit nicely on command.
