This gorgeous young lady is only about a year old. She was previously a ferrel dog in the southern California desert until she was teapped and brought to a shelter. Not being very himan social, she was not adopted and ended up on the euthanasia list before coming into rescue just in the nick of time. She has made great progress and is now pretty good on a leash, enjoys sleeping in a dig bed, and is absolutely fine with all the dogs she has met. She is still very shy with people she does not know, but is not at all reactive or aggressive. She would be fine in a family with children or other dogs, but will need a patient and committed primary handler to help her reach her potential.
