About Chunk

Chunk Chunk is a 2-3 year old, 64 pound love bug. He is crate trained, house trained and listens very well. Chunk gets along great with his foster sisters and brothers that include an 8 lb Pomeranian, 5 other dogs both male and female from 6 months to six years/25-85 lbs and one senior cat. Chunk walks by the cat as if he has been with him all his life. He is working on walking on leash an collar. He does well after initial excitement wears off. He seems to have been walked with a training collar in the past because when I put one on him walks perfectly on one. Chunk does not seem to care if you are a man, woman or a child as long as you give him love and attention. Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Please email [email protected] for an application or additional details. We need foster homes - pounds are overflowing with puppies and adult dogs that are at-risk and need help. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments.
