About Crimson

Crimson is approximately, possibly,3 year old male Boxer. I bought him from a lady under false pretenses apearantly from a bad break up. When he came to us he was very very skiddish. He was with us for about 9 months and had come along way. He is very very protective of his owners and other dogs. When I broke up a few fights between my females one being pregnant he jumped in every time trying to pull the aggressive one off my pregnant one. I got bit three times cause I was trying to pull them apart and he felt he needed to do so not me. Never once did he ever engage in fighting. The other time I was bit was because our old roommate stood up screaming and yelling and he thought I was going after her. He does not like loud noises like the lawn mower. He does not like fighting and arguing. He is a very loving dog and that is all he wants is to be loved on. When he is getting petted and you stop he will turn around so you will pet the other side of him or he will push your hand against the chair til you pet him more. He went to live with our uncle who he fell in love with both ways but he went back to drinking and became aggressive towrad Crimson and was keeping him locked up, starving and left in his own fieces. He needs a safe place hopefully by the 27th of this month. I am picking him back up in IN after three weeks of trying to locate him. So I'm needing a boxer rescue hopefully in AL that can help. I love him to death but my other half will not allow him to come home due to fear of him getting mad while playing with our little boy. He is very good with our five year old but at the same time is like a child himself. If he doesn't get his way or you tell him no he will look at you with aggression or throw himself on the floor.
