About Cannie

Adoption Fee: $175
Border Collie mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Meet Cannie! She is a gorgeous border collie. She LOVES to play fetch and is, like most border collies, very energetic and driven. She needs a lot of exercise and mental stimulation. Cannie is a sweet girl who does need to learn to control her mouth a little bit. When she gets excited, she can't help but jump up and hit you with her nose or teeth. She doesn't bite but it can be painful so we are working on that! She needs an active guardian who will teach her new things and make sure she gets all of the stimulation she needs to prevent behavior issues. Cannie was purchased from RJs pet store, we seem to get a lot from there, and has been in multiple homes in her short life. Her next one needs to be a lasting one who will love her forever! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intake Date: 13 Jan 19 ---------------------- Breed: Border Collie ---------------------- Age: 9 m---------------------- Weight: 35 lbs ---------------------- Status: Owner Surrender---------------------- Compatible with: dogs, cats, older children until we overcome her jumping---------------------- Suitable for: Home with a fenced yard ---------------------- Medical/Behavioral Needs: Jumping on people --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If interested in meeting and potentially adopting, please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org.
