Lego is a 13 year old Jack Russell mix who was rescued from a high kill shelter. He got lost from his family and patiently waited for them to save him. No one ever came. We were able to save Lego in the nick of time! He's a sweet, mellow senior looking for a nice place to spend his golden years. Lego weighs approximately 40 lbs, walks nicely on a leash and travels well in a car. He is super friendly and good with other dogs he meets on the street. Lego does have a cataract in one eye and suffers from arthritis, but gets around just fine. Lego loves to take naps, loves to cuddle in bed and follow you from room to room. His ideal home would be with someone who lives on the first floor or doesn't have a lot of stairs. Lego is quiet and loves to relax, cuddle up and fall asleep. He's well behaved and easy going. He is friendly to everyone he meets. Lego is micro-chipped, neutered and up to date on his shots. If you can give this sweet senior a home, he will repay you with lots of love and devotion. Older gentlemen deserve to be loved too! It is very rewarding to give help a senior dog, and nothing can compare to the love and gratitude they give. If you'd like to meet Lego, please complete our adoption application found on dexterfoundation.com We're only adopting out to the Southern California area. Adoption donation $100.
