About Moodle

Date into Rescue: 11/30/2018 Reason for being in rescue: Moodle was found as a stray and landed at the animal shelter. CPR pulled him from the shelter. Special Needs: Moodle has some slight hair loss along the rear of his body. He has been treated for fleas and is responding well. He also had a cyst removed from his eyelid, he is due for a recheck in 2 weeks from 1/8/19 and to have sutures removed. What kind of home would be best for me: Moodle is a quiet boy looking for a quiet home. He would be happy living in a home with another dog or as the only dog. Leisurely strolls are more his speed. What is my personality like: Moodle is an easy-going dog who will make a great companion. He doesn't require a lot - food, a daily stroll, and a soft bed to lay in. Moodle enjoys being petted and giving love. When it is time to sleep he finds a quiet place and curls up. Moodle is fine with dogs big and small and completely indifferent to cats. It is clear he was once a family pet as he is leash and crate trained and rides great in a car. How do I act when I first meet new people: Friendly Tips and Tidbits: We aren't sure how Moodle ended up on the streets, but we are confident his best days are ahead! House trained: Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
