About Chief

Chief is a 2 year old Brussels Griffon/Terrier blend. He is great with dogs and cats but a bit leery of new people until he's sure they will be nice to him. He's probably been mistreated in the past but only takes him a few minutes to warm up. Chief is always happy and it shows in his ever wagging tail. He loves to smile and play. Chief is all about having fun. He loves to run in the backyard and snuggle on the couch. He would make a great companion or family dog. Chief is about 24# and was found as a stray in rural KS where he was found and dumped in a shelter. When no one came for him Low Riders was asked to take him into rescue. Chief is housetrained and does well in a crate. He knows some commands and would love to be trained to learn more. Right now he has wait, sit and sometimes stay.
