About Landon (east)

LANDON - A4145972 Hi, my name is LANDON. I am a neutered male, brindle American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 4 months old, and I have been at the shelter since Oct 8, 2018. Landon is a really sweet, calm and laid back dog. He has apparently had some lameness issues in the past, as he has a slight hitch in his git-along. He was adopted out, and although he demonstrated no behavior issues, the adopter returned him saying his small child was afraid of him. Landon has been in the shelter far too long, and is beginning to deteriorate in his kennel. This happens to most dogs after they have been incarcerated for longer than a month or two. Unless Landon is adopted very soon, he is headed for euthanasia. He is an incredibly beautiful animal, and it would be such a shame if he is not allowed to bring joy, loyalty and love into a caring home. Would someone please step up and give this magnificent creature a chance at life? He will reward you with unconditional love for the rest of his life.
