About Katai

Katai is a darling 5 year old Long Haired Chihuahua mix looking for his forever home. He is a loving lap dog that weighs 4.2 pounds and is full grown. Katai is very sweet and does well with men, women, and gentle children. He loves other dogs of all sizes and will need another small dog in his new home to make him feel comfortable. Katai does not like to be left home alone but having a buddy would distract him from his people being away. In his previous home he also lived with cats and did well with them. Katai came to us with his eye missing, we have no information on what happened or why his eye was removed, but it doesn't bother him at all. He is a curious boy that will speak when he hears things that require attention and he will also spread gossip to the neighbors when his people leave the house, so no apartments for this boy. Katai loves to snuggle up in blankets and is required to have a home where he will always have access to whichever blanket selection he chooses. He will need a patient home that will help with his house training. Katai rides well in the car, safely in a carrier at all times. He also received a dental cleaning and had only 3 extractions, the rest of his teeth look great! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption fee is $350.
