About Chase

**** CHASE REQUIRES A FEMALE-ONLY HOUSEHOLD**** Chase is a 6-7 year old, 19-lb., Pug-Beagle mix. He's housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, affectionate and loves attention but is also happy hanging out in his bed or crate. He is nice with other dogs (he is fostered with a 47 lb. dog) and after a slow introduction, he is ready to play! We are looking for an adult, female-only household for Chase as he has trust issues with men and is anxious around children. Chase is an insecure dog so he will need an experienced owner that can take it slow and build trust with him and be willing to work with a trainer if needed. Chase will flourish and thrive with a loving, gentle and patient owner who is willing to be the leader and build Chase's confidence. A home with another playful dog is a plus.
