LOCATED IN HAWTHORNE FL, TO ADOPT PLEASE VISIT WWW.GGARR.ORGCANAL'S Story GGARR was contacted by Marion County Animal Shelter. Two Rottweilers a male and a female were going to be put down. Louise Kuttler agreed to take them in under GGARR support. The male went to Louise, but the female named CANAL was very ill, she probably had pneumonia. Louise runs a large boarding kennel and was not able to house a sick dog so Canal went to live with Grace Acosta. Canal spent almost three weeks under heavy antibiotics and once she got a clean bill of health went to live with Louise. She is heart worm positive and is being orally treated with Ivomex. This poor girl was abused and used for breeding. A Guardian Angel will show up and offer a home for Canal. There is no adoption fee for Canal. She should go to a home with not small dogs or cats.
