About RUFUS

SAY HELLO TO RUFUS Rufus is an adorable Maltese / Bichon Frise mix boy. Weighing in at 21 pounds, Rufus is 6 to 7 years old. What can we say about Rufus? He's a charming laid back little guy and a delight here at the rescue. He's a very mellow all around dog that is such an easy keeper! Rufus is a playful little guy and not at all a barker. He is house trained and crate trained. He rides like a gentleman in the car and greets all he meets with a tail wag. Rufus walks well on his leash and gets along very well with his foster mates. He doesn't care much for cats. He would be great with a family that has another friendly dog that is of like size, age and personality. Rufus is a longer coated breed that will require regular weekly brushing and professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks to keep that snowy white coat on point. Rufus' adoption fee is $ 350.00 This fee includes his Veterinarian Wellness checks while here at the rescue, his neuter, all vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, de-worming, a pre-adoption professional groom and a microchip with lifetime membership. Rufus will also have a new collar and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality grain free kibble that he has been eating. His adoption fee also allows us the ability to put funds towards the next little one in need of rescue!
