About Pecan

Pecan was one of 5 kittens found with their mother, Muffin, living under a porch. The are affectionately known as 'the Crumbs'. Pecan is a very pretty orange tabby. He has a quiet personality and is more reserved. He does enjoy a rousing game of stalking fish on the iPad and chasing that laser pointer. He interacts well with other cats and is pretty 'chill' overall. At 18mo Pecan still has kitten status. He would benefit from an understanding home environment where he is allowed the time to form a bond with his humans as he has here at the rescue. The volunteers have worked very hard on socializing 'the Crumbs' and they are all coming around to accepting the love and attention that they deserve. Pecan gets along well and plays happily with the other kitties in the cat cabin. We are hoping Pecan and Pumpkin will be adopted together. If not, Pecan would enjoy a home with another well-adjusted cat to be a companion for him. Pecan has been neutered and is up to date on all vaccines.
