Ellie is a piebald cutie pie! She is about 2 years old and loves all the cuddles. She loves everyone she meets including other dogs and even cats. She can get growly with other dogs when it comes to toys and food, but gets better when she's corrected. This little girl weighs 40 lbs and is all spunk! She needs lots of exercise and a family with an active lifestyle who enjoys running or going on long walks with her by their side. She is an escape artist and needs a secure yard. She is great on a leash, knows sit and shake and is potty trained. She does have some separation anxiety and will have accidents in the house when she's alone. She is not happy in a crate and will whine and pace. She would be great in a home with other dogs to keep her company. Apply today to meet this sweet girl! Once we receive it, we will start processing it. Please understand we are a volunteer based organization so we can't set a timeline, however, we work hard to process it as fast as we can. We DO NOT have any additional photos other than the ones posted on our website and we try to be as honest as we can in each pets bio. Please read each bio carefully, all the information that we know is in there. If it's not there we do not know. Additionally, all of our dogs are in foster homes. We DO NOT have a shelter or location. They are in private homes with families. Therefore, you must have an approved application prior to setting up a meet and greet. Finally, thank you for your interest in adoption. Your application is key. Many times, we find you apply for one dog but that one might not be the best fit for your family. We will suggest if another one that is available will be better suited.
