About Corky

Corky is a 6 year old, 45.4 pound, male Shar-Pei mix that came to us as a stray. He is a relaxed and sweet boy that likes to be with his people. Corky has been comfortable in the facility since the moment he arrived. He sniffs, explores and isn't bothered with handling by the staff. Corky is easily motivated by treats and loves to play. He isn't a high energy dog, but does enjoy his outside time. Unfortunately, Corky appears to have an eye issue that could be entropion. Any potential adopter would need to have this looked at and taken care of as soon as possible. Depending on the diagnosis, the cost for surgery could be pricey. We feel that the wonderful boy is well worth the investment and hope that a loving home will see this as well.
