About Little Bit

Welcome Little Bit. He is a 3-year-old Dachshund/Whippet mix. He loves women and warms up slowly to men. He doesn't trust them and naturally feels insecure around them. He weighs about 14 pounds and he has the most beautiful grey color with a black stripe down his back. His left ear has been chopped off the top and we think he was born like this as we had him as a puppy. It was missing as a puppy of 10 weeks He was adopted at 10 weeks old and the owners now have decided he no longer has a space in the RV and they want to travel. We can safely assume the man didn't like Little Bit. We have taken Little Bit back and now want to find him his real forever home. He is a loyal, lap dog and he likes to be held. He is good on a leash and is fully potty trained according to his foster mom. He is good with other dogs and cats. He favorite thing is being held. He would do best in a home that will give him one on one and one with kids that are 7 or older or no kids. He would love a retired female or female couple to spend time with and will make some lucky family a great companion. He is up on his shots, neutered, healthy and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or transported to the East or the West Coast. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185.
