About Boots

Welcome Boots. She is 3.5-year-old Rottie/Lab mix. She had an owner which was an older person and these two girls are too big for a little older owner. They are decent on a leash but are big and can pull if they see something interesting. Boots knows the sit command and does her business outside. She is good with other dogs and a nice size at about 60 lbs. She is really sweet even to people she doesn't know. She loves to play and is a good sturdy size so would make a walking companion. She got her leg caught in something and degloved her foot and the vet decided the best solution was amputation. She now has 3 legs and gets along great on 3. She may have the look of protection but she is all sweets and lovey. She was turned into CCPAL about 1 month ago. She is spayed, up on her shots, heartworm negative and up on her shots. She can be adopted as a single dog or would work nicely with other dogs. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or transported to the East or the West Coast.
