Bella is a precious pup that has bonded really well with me but unfortunately is not comfortable around males. I'm assuming before we rescued her she was abused by a man. In the 6 months we have had her she never warmed up to my husband and recently snapped at him when he was trying to load her into the car for a road trip. She would make a great companion for a female. When we are home alone she follows me around and always alerts me when anyone approaches the house.
