Barrett is a typical shepherd when it comes to his personality. He has a high ball drive and is very food motivated. We prefer to find a home for Barrett that has past experience with his breed. Barrett met another large dog on leash. The meeting went well and Barrett redirected on his on terms. While in the kennel, Barrett is reactive to passing dogs. This is not unusual behavior for a high drive dog left to his own vices in a kennel. If you have another dog, please plan to bring that dog with you as well as an additional adult to assist with introductions. We are accepting applications for Barrett upon meeting him. His adoption fee will be $90 and cover his neuter surgery, heartworm test, microchip and vaccines.
