About Woodrow

Woodrow is a very loving dog. I adopted him about a year and a half ago from a horrendous lifestyle. He was around 5 months when I rescued him and was emmaciated and in very poor health. He is healthy now and all of his shots are current. He does fall victim to the temperament that some pits have (aggressive towards new dogs, protective of his owner/house). He has lived with another dog and a cat for about a year and the other dog was his best friend, so he isn't unable to cohabitat with other animals. I'm unsure if it was his previous life or a part of his nature, but he can be very slow to warm to new people, and is generally fearful of strangers. I am moving soon and feel I won't be able to meet his needs as far as living space and time spent with him. All of my roommates, friends, and my girlfriend all love him. He's a very sweet guy and I want the best for him.
