About Rascal

Rascal was left at the Baldwin Park Animal shelter on December 4th by his owners. Why? We will never know. Rascal is 6 yrs old and is fully house trained; he weighed in at 15 lbs at the vets on 12/29/18 and he gets along great with the fosters 4 other dogs and he has fit right in! Rascal has been vetted and he is a healthy little guy who will complete any family and will be such a wonderful addition to your home.
