About Gracie

My name is Gracie. Here is my story: I am accustomed to being a mostly outdoor dog. My friends here at the shelter tell me that from here on forward, I will be living the luxurious life inside a real home full of love and lotsa yummy treats. That sounds more amazing than I ever imagined! I am about 3 years old, is spayed, and really just love people. I am also not super big! Only maybe 45-50 pounds or so, a nice average size! Wiggles and kisses, kisses and wiggles - that is what I am all about! I love to be where you are at and be close to you. Please be patient with me as I learn the ropes of being an indoor dog! I promise my very best puppy promise that I will make an effort if you do! I like making you happy. One thing you do not need to teach me is how to be affectionate. My friends here tell me that I am the most loving lady. Which is no surprise to me at all, so I just say, 'Well, duh!' and then I ask for a treat! I know how to sit politely! I am not much of a fan of those milkbones, but if you gimme those yummy Pup-peroni treats - um, yes, please. DELISH! I am a very nice girl and most likely would do amazing with kiddos in the home. I may prefer them to be about 7 and older or so, but please ask the workers here what they think when you come to see me. They are still watching my dog interactions to see if I would like a fursibling. Until then, I hope you want to come and meet me.
