About Copper

Copper came to us as a 3-week old kitten, still nursing, abandoned by his mother. We bottle fed him for 2 weeks and then began the process of weaning him. He is now eating kitten food soaked in water and using the litter box like a pro! He is still exploring everything and learning to be a kitten. He has yet to start vetting, other than having been dewormed twice. He will start vetting next week and get his very first shots. This boy is just a love bug and will purr the second you touch him or pick him up. He loves to play with the other kittens and has already been introduced to our dogs, which is pretty funny as they are scared of him. If he is awake, he is running everywhere. He is just now learning to play with toys and it's amazing how tiny he is compared to a ball with a bell in it. To date (07/27)Copper has had two FVRCP vaccines and been dewormed multiple times. Hopefully, he will weigh enough in 3 weeks to get his neuter, combo test, and final shots. Update October 2018 Copper has completed his vetting and is no looking for his very own family. This boy is loving, silly and a real purr box. He loves dogs, cats kittens, kids and to be held and snuggled. Copper is also a part-time comedian. He is guaranteed to make you laugh.
