About River

River is a friendly, playful, happy teenage guy, approximately 6 months old. His Saturday volunteer named him River because while they were walking, River never met a puddle he didn't absolutely love! His favorite activity was splashing in any bit of water he could reach! River is now in a wonderful foster home where he is learning all sorts of new things to show off when he finds his forever family... how to sit and shake on command are just a couple of the things he is learning! He definitely is eager to please! He gets along with the cats and the other dogs in his foster home. He is also very gentle around children. He just loves Everybody! He follows his foster mom every step she takes, so if you are looking for a close companion and buddy to be by your side all of the time, River may just be the one for you!
