About RUBY

OWNER RELOCATING SO RUBY NEEDS A NEW HOME....... Ruby is a sweet feist mix, around two and one-half years old, and weighs 43 lbs. She is a graduate of S.C.A.R., which is a 12 week inmate training program where she was housetrained, taught basic commands, and trained to walk on leash. Ruby is a sweet but timid girl. She is fearful of strange noises at first, but give her some time and she will gladly cuddle and sleep next to you at night. She is good with dogs larger than her as well as cats, but she doesn't do well with smaller dogs. She needs a loving person to give her a home and allow her to be the sweetheart that she is. Due to her timid nature we do not recommend in a home with children under 10 years old, and will do best in a calm environment. If you are interested in adopting Ruby, please contact Paws of SWVA.
