WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, WE ARE AN ALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Please do not contact us to come look at a dog We will contact you once we have received and reviewed your completed application. A Home visit as well as a reference check MUST be completed before a meet & greet.?Butters & Honey, both 4 years old, Maltese mixes, neutered, chipped, heart worm negative, up to date on his shots. Butters 10lbs & Honey 8.06 lbs. How anyone on earth could abandon Butters & Honey is incomprehensible but that's what happened here, their owner physically took these 2 brothers to a mountain in Korea & left them there. Abandoned them. While there a third Maltese love was also found & we are also helping her. Then their story continues to get even sadder if that can be, they were dropped off at a extremely high kill shelter in & a volunteer would go in every single day & begged for them not to be killed & she kept them safe for 3 weeks crying & crying every single day & begging for their lives until one day her cry's were no longer listened to & Butters & Honey were scheduled to be put to sleep because all they did was shake with fear until her cry's were heard once again & the angels from the Korea rescue went in & saved these sweet angels & we stepped up & said we would find them the most loving home together. Both Butters & Honey are now US citizens & looking for their forever family to love & cherish them & keep them together always as they have already been through so much. Our wonderful foster family is working on putting weight on both the boys as they were thin & they both love to eat. Honey is a barker & he barks at the wind so he will need work with this but he is very loving & very kind and will eat anything and loves to chase balls but this funny bugger will not bring the ball back. Poor Honey received a horrible haircut in Korea & thank goodness his fur is growing back. Butters is the sweetest cuddly little dog you will ever meet, & his foster family have not heard him bark & loves to eat and play. The boys also ride great in a car. We have also had the boys around many breeds of dogs in the rescue all shapes & sizes & they do amazing around everyone. They both also enjoy a good outfit as well. Butters & Honey are perhaps Maltese mixes, what they are mixed with we do not know, they are both 4 years old, Butters weighs 10 lbs & Honey weighs 8.06 lbs, they are both neutered, chipped, up to date on their shots, both just had dentals as their teeth were a mess, heart worm negative & are both looking for their forever family together only, it's mandatory they stay together. We have spent far beyond $1200 on the boys with their medical, transport etc. As with all of our rescues & Butters & Honeys friends they will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. The boys have not been around cats since being in the rescue but it's always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had them around small children so in their forever home this would be up to the new family to be responsible with. We do not know for sure what breed the boys are mixed with & it's always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think the breed is. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting the boys & going through the process and have read his listing fully to the end & are interested in adopting. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview, and a home visit followed by a meet and greet & if it's a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Honey & Butters that meet all the requirements for these charming little brothers. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Butters & Honey have a combined adoption fee of $1200 & are ready for their forever home. Please do not contact us asking to adopt one without the other. ?An application must be filled out before consideration for adoption. Please do not apply for a dog until you are ready to commit a lifetime to him/her. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit group of animal lovers.
