About Gigi

Date into Rescue: 8/11/2018 Reason for being in rescue: Gigi was abandoned at a grooming salon in TN. When they reached out for help, CPR said yes. Special Needs: Gigi had been debarked prior to arriving at our rescue. What kind of home would be best for me: Gigi would do well in a quiet home. She needs another dog in the home for comfort and guidance. Gigi is timid and takes a bit to warm up. What is my personality like: Gigi is a quiet girl who can be timid when she first meets you. She is accustomed to being with another dog and looks to other dogs for guidance and direction. Whomever owned Gigi previously had her debarked. While she might have lost her voice, she still has soulful eyes that watch you carefully. Gigi loves sitting in a lap in her foster home. How do I act when I first meet new people: Friendly Tips and Tidbits: Gigi will make a great companion and lap pet for someone living a quiet life and looking for a princess to dote on. House trained: Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
