Joseph was a stray in Milwaukee, Transferred from MADACC. He was very underweight with bite marks on his body. He is currently being fed 2 times per day or more to put weight back on him. He can be fearful at first but has sweetens up quickly. He has been trained and we continue to work with him on impulse control. Very smart loving dog. Veteran discount available.
