Buddy is a 3 year old Shihtzu that weighs about 15 lbs. When he came into the rescue he had a broken tail that had to be amputated. It didn't heal properly and had to have a second surgery so this poor boy has been in a cone and uncomfortable since the summer. Buddy is sweet and loving. He adores playing fetch and gets along well with other dogs. He is nervous of loud noises and would be happiest in a quiet home outside the city. Buddy was spoiled by his previous owner that went into a senior home and was allowed to call the shots. As a result and due to 6 months of having a wire tail, he needs an owner that is experienced with being an alpha as he shows a bossy/grumpy side that needs an experienced owner. He is house trained.
