About Laguna (east)

Pit Bull mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

LAGUNA - A4114152 My name is LAGUNA. I am a spayed female, black American Pit Bull Terrier, and I weight about 57 lbs. The shelter staff think I am about 4 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Aug 25, 2018. This sweet little girl came to the shelter in a bad way. She was literally covered in ticks, sore legs, and very frightened. She has made an amazing recovery is ready for a loving home. She is high energy, and would give any family years of joy and excitement. She is very sweet and loving, and calm, and gets along great with other dogs. Once out of her kennel, Laguna is hyper excited, but quickly calms down and is a great walking or hiking partner. She is often used as a helper/greeter for other new dogs coming in, and most likely would be just fine in a home with other dogs. However, a meet and greet is always recommended before adoption. Since Laguna has been here for so long, she is at risk for euthanasia. If not adopted this week, she may not live to see another. Please do not let this amazing creature go out without a chance at love and years of faithful loyalty to a deserving family.
